The Customer Support Specialist II provides a vital link between mdxhealth customers, sales team and the commercial operations group. The Customer Support Specialist II is responsible for maintaining a high standard of service with their respective customers group, which is comprised of both assigned accounts and sales personnel. This role works closely with an assigned regional sales team to support customer activities and sales objectives.

The shift is Monday thru Friday 5:30am to 2:00pm (Pacific time)
Minimum 2 years’ previous customer service experience
Customer service experience in healthcare or a clinical reference laboratory a plus.
High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
Ability to adapt to changing procedures, policies and work environment.
Ability to work in a fast-paced team environment.
Hiring range: $22.00 to $25.00 per hour. The actual rate will be determined based on experience and other factors permitted by law.
