Customer Strategy Lead - GCC will lead U.S. customer strategy and end-to-end engagement for Growth – Cross Category platforms, including GLP-1, Medicare Advantage OTC, Soccer, Women’s Wellness, Kids’ Health, and future growth platforms. Convert platform strategies into retailer priorities, commercial plans, and measurable omnichannel execution. Serve as GCC’s single Customer Strategy & Planning interface with Sales and bring one aligned, brand-agnostic voice to customers.
KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES
- Own GCC customer segmentation and growth plans, defining priority retailers, customer roles, and growth targets.
- Lead end-to-end engagement plans linking platform strategy, retailer needs, commercial milestones, and senior sponsorship.
- Convert GCC strategies into retailer plans, omnichannel activation, and category-growth stories, mobilizing the right brands and capabilities.
- Serve as GCC’s single Sales interface and coordinate Marketing, Category/Insights, Shopper, Analytics, and Finance.
- Prioritize where and how proven executions scale across priority customers while enabling targeted tests that address clear learning needs.
- Set KPIs and measure the incrementality of GCC activation above the base business, using results to guide enterprise-wide investment and scaling decisions.
- Partner with the GCC team, lead one direct report, and model pace, resilience, and accountability.
OUTCOMES & MEASURES OF SUCCESS
- Tiered customer plans align resources and sponsorship to the highest-value retailers.
- Incremental net sales, sell-in, and activation results are attributable to GCC platforms.
- Successful pilots become repeatable playbooks scaled across priority customers.
- Plans, budgets, KPIs, risks, and actions remain visible through a consistent performance cadence.
- GCC is embedded in customer planning with clear ownership, one commercial narrative, and an effective team.
Location: Berkeley Heights, NJ (Hybrid - 3 days onsite per week)
Salary range: $137,185 - $188,630 USD annually plus an annual bonus.

Basic Qualifications:
We are looking for professionals with these required skills to achieve our goals:
- 8+ years in CPG customer or sales strategy, category/insights, shopper marketing, omnichannel activation, or a related field.
- Proven ability to turn portfolio strategies into customer plans, retailer narratives, and executable activation.
- Expertise in segmentation, engagement planning, commercial planning, and performance measurement.
- Success leading cross-functional work in a matrix and influencing senior internal and customer stakeholders.
- Ability to lead through ambiguity and influence through leadership, with the entrepreneurship, resilience, executive presence, and accountability to turn strategy into action and develop others.
Preferred Qualifications:
If you have the following characteristics, it would be a plus:
- Customer strategy or activation experience with Walmart, Amazon, and/or Costco.
- Fluency in digital commerce, omnichannel activation, retail media, and digital shelf.
- Experience scaling multi-brand, cross-category platforms or pilots; consumer health familiarity is a plus.
- Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree or relevant leadership development is a plus.
