Job Description:

We are looking for a Customer Success Agent to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for handling customer inquiries, resolving issues, ensuring customer satisfaction, and other administrative tasks. You will be the first point of contact for our customers and will play a crucial role in maintaining our company's reputation.

Responsibilities of the role:

• Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat.

• Resolve customer issues and complaints in a timely and professional manner.

• Provide information about products and services.

• Coordinate scheduling with construction and installation crews.

• Maintain accurate customer and business records.

• Conduct interviews to screen installers.

Required Experience and Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent.

• Proven customer support experience or experience as a client service representative.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with CRM software.

• Bilingual in Spanish.

Personality:

• Patient and empathetic.

• Ability to de-escalate customers, as well as escalate issues effectively.

• Problem-solver.

• Detail-oriented.

Software & Tools:

• CRM software (e.g., Jobber).

• Communication tools (e.g., Slack, RingCentral, Microsoft Teams).

• Dialer (such as RingCentral)will be provided.

Schedule:

Monday to Friday

9 AM to 5 PM EST (40h/wk)
