About the Role

We are looking for a Customer Success Associate with excellent spoken and written English to support and communicate with our US clients. No prior experience is required—we provide full training.

Responsibilities

- Communicate with customers via email, phone, and video calls

- Build strong relationships with clients

- Answer questions and resolve customer issues

- Assist with onboarding new customers

- Follow up with leads and existing clients

- Maintain accurate records in CRM

- Collaborate with internal teams

- Deliver an outstanding customer experience

Requirements

- Excellent spoken and written English

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills

- Confident speaking with US clients

- Fast learner with a positive attitude

- Organized and detail-oriented

- Reliable internet connection and quiet workspace

- Customer service or sales experience is a plus but not required
