We're seeking a Remote Customer Success Associate to help prospective customers have a positive experience from their very first interaction. You'll connect with leads through outbound phone calls, answer general questions, schedule appointments, and ensure every customer receives friendly, professional service. Responsibilities

• Contact prospective customers using our CRM and automated dialing platform.
• Build positive relationships through professional and engaging conversations.
• Answer general questions and provide accurate information about available services.
• Qualify interested customers and schedule appointments.
• Maintain accurate customer records and update call outcomes in the CRM.
• Deliver a high-quality customer experience during every interaction.
• Meet daily, weekly, and monthly productivity and quality goals.
• Participate in team meetings, coaching sessions, and ongoing training.
• Support additional customer success and outreach initiatives as assigned.

Qualifications

• Excellent English verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong relationship-building and customer service abilities.
• Comfortable making outbound phone calls throughout the workday.
• Reliable computer, headset, smartphone, and high-speed internet connection.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
• Previous experience in customer success, customer service, customer support, outbound calling, appointment setting, call center operations, or sales is preferred but not required.
• Positive attitude with a customer-first mindset and eagerness to learn.
