About the Role As we expand our footprint in Iberia (Spain & Portugal) , we are looking for a versatile, proactive, and highly adaptable Customer Success & Implementation Specialist to spearhead our regional operational launch. In this role, you will be the main touchpoint for our Iberian clients, seamlessly blending technical onboarding/implementation with strategic client relationship management and local market development. You will handle everything from platform setup and user training to spotting regional growth opportunities and ensuring high satisfaction. If you are a resourceful, hands-on professional who speaks native Spanish, understands local business dynamics, and enjoys wearing multiple operational and commercial hats—this role is for you. Key Responsibilities Onboarding & Technical Implementation: Manage the complete onboarding journey for new accounts across Spain and Portugal. Guide clients through configuration, workflow mapping, and initial data integration to ensure fast time-to-value. Relationship Management & Retention: Build strong, trust-based relationships with local operational managers and business owners. Proactively monitor client health, drive platform adoption, and prevent churn. Regional Growth & Sales Support: Partner with BD and Sales (SDR/BDRs) to identify growth opportunities within existing accounts and flag potential new client leads in the Iberian market. Cultural Localization: Act as the internal advocate for Iberian clients. Help us understand cultural, legal, and operational nuances in the region to refine our local go-to-market strategy and product features. Client Enablement & Training: Deliver engaging, tailored training sessions and support resources in Spanish to empower client teams. What We’re Looking For Languages: Native/Fluent Spanish (essential) and professional proficiency in English. Knowledge of Portuguese is an advantage. Experience: 2+ years in customer success, account management, technical onboarding, or SDR/BDR roles within a SaaS environment. Versatility & "Can-Do" Attitude: Willingness to navigate across different functions—from troubleshooting setup issues to closing upsell opportunities. Communication & Project Management: Excellent organizational skills to manage multiple onboarding projects simultaneously while keeping client communication clear and structured.
