• Manage a portfolio of real estate clients and ensure their success with our systems.
• Conduct regular check-ins, strategy sessions, and performance reviews.
• Identify opportunities for expansion and proactively address potential churn risks.
• Collaborate with our internal teams to deliver exceptional results for our clients.
• Advocate for the client internally and help shape our product and service offerings based on feedback.

• Proven experience in real estate and/or account management.
• Strong sales skills (extra bonus points if you have previously sold a product in the past).
• A disciplined executor who thrives in a fast-paced, high-standard environment.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to have tough, candid conversations.
• Someone who values people over hype and builds businesses with the long game in mind.

Base pay plus commission

$1,500 – $2,500 OTE / month
