We run an SEO and AI visibility agency called Amphs AI that helps law firms, dental practices, and local service businesses GROW their company on auto-pilot by making them the business that gets recommended when people search, on Google AND inside AI tools like ChatGPT, Perplexity, Gemini, and Google AI Overviews.

1. our SEO team builds the technical, local, and content foundation so the business is actually findable
2. our AEO/GEO plays get our clients cited and recommended inside AI-generated answers where their competitors aren't even showing up
3. our clients answer the phone and close the deals

We are currently growing rapidly because of how successful our service has been so we need more people to aid our communication to keep it as great as it always has been.

Position Summary

The purpose of this role is to keep clear communication between our clients and our team and to make sure we are giving them the best service possible in the most effective & efficient manner possible.

The Client Success Manager will be responsible for onboarding, check-in calls, all client communications, and project management for their respective clients.

This is a sales position. There will be lots of opportunity to upsell clients onto our higher tiers with uncapped commissions, as well as room to grow into our Client Success Director role and other avenues of growth as time goes on.

NOTE: This position is full-time and remote. Meaning you can work from anywhere. The team here at Amphs AI is located all over the world.
