The tools and underlying platform are built by multi-disciplinary teams including legal, banking, and technology specialists. The Company is growing rapidly and is undertaking enterprise deployments at global scale. About the role We are seeking an ambitious and client focused Customer Success Manager to join our Customer Success team on a one year fixed term contract, covering a period of maternity leave. You will assist in driving client adoption, value realisation and retention for Corlytics globally, working with large global clients to identify their business challenges and opportunities and providing ongoing support to ensure the successful adoption and utilisation of Corlytics solutions. Reporting to the Head of Customer Success and working with the whole team you will manage a portfolio of client accounts, be commercially minded, provide support, analysis and insight to these clients; work both autonomously and collaboratively, are articulate, professional, and can travel to clients as required. You will be responsible for developing senior client relationships that result in strong adoption, demonstrable value and successful renewal of the accounts within your portfolio. As this is a fixed term maternity cover contract, you will need to build credibility with clients quickly, take ownership of an established portfolio from day one, and ensure a smooth handover at the end of the term. The role will require extensive cross-functional collaboration, strong influencing skills, and a strategic mindset. You will act as a voice of the customer internally 5+ years of experience in Customer Success or Account Management within B2B SaaS, with a strong background working with enterprise clients in financial services Proven ability to manage multiple client relationships simultaneously and deliver results Solid understanding of regulatory and compliance environments, ideally gained within banking Strong ownership and curiosity mindset with the ability to navigate change and guide enterprise clients toward business goals Excellent communication, analytical, and stakeholder management skills Experience using AI tools to streamline tasks and improve efficiencies About you: Comfortable joining an established team on a fixed-term basis and taking ownership of an existing client portfolio at pace. Relationship Management Proactively engage senior stakeholders across Compliance, Risk, Legal and Technology teams on the client side, building and maintaining strong relationships. Act as the strategic partner and trusted advisor to your clients, understanding their unique needs and providing insights, best practice and proactive guidance so they achieve their goals with Corlytics. Collaborate with clients to define and prioritise solution requirements, troubleshoot issues and be a pro-active problem solver for our clients. Develop deep knowledge of the Corlytics platform to guide clients on best practice, unlock hidden value, identify new use cases and provide high-level product support. Adoption and value realisation Support our clients with successful adoption and onboarding of the Corlytics solution following implementation, ensuring they have the tools and resources they need to maximise value. Drive adoption depth and usage maturity across each client’s user base, identifying and addressing barriers to adoption. Define and track success metrics with clients, demonstrating ongoing, measurable business value. Lead through a structured engagement cadence of regular check-ins, monthly service reviews and performance assessments, ensuring alignment between client objectives and our solutions. Deliver training, enablement and best practice guidance to maximise platform usage. Create and maintain client-facing resources, guides and best practice materials that help users fully understand and exploit the platform. Run, participate and support on-site and remote client workshops. Renewals Lead our account retention focus, identifying and driving the cross-functional delivery required to achieve client value realisation. Monitor contract renewal dates and lead renewal strategy and execution. Create and deliver client account plans ensuring actions are completed across key accounts. Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities by recommending additional products and services aligned to client needs, working with Sales and Account Management to progress them. Own customer health, adoption and satisfaction across your accounts, identifying churn risk early Internal collaboration and voice of the customer Document and communicate client priorities and pain points to internal teams. Contribute to and update our CRM system to ensure a unified and clear internal view of client accounts. Gather and share structured client data and insight with senior management to inform improvements to our products and services. Work cross-functionally with Sales, Product, Professional Services, Support and Marketing, acting as the voice of the customer internally and advocating for improvements that enhance the client experience. Manage moving priorities with the ability for excellent time management skills.
