Customer Success Manager

Compensation: $2,750–$4,000 USD/month starting base, plus performance-based upside. Expected on-target earnings: $5,000–$7,000 USD/month. DOE

We are hiring a sharp, client-facing Meta Account Manager / Customer Success Manager to own the relationship and results for a portfolio of paid-social clients. This is a hands-on role: you will build and manage Meta campaigns, turn performance data into clear strategy, and communicate confidently with clients through calls, email, text, and Zoom.We need someone who combines real Meta ads depth with the judgement to lead difficult conversations calmly. You will be trusted to explain what is working, what is not, and exactly what happens next.

• Build, launch, optimize, and report on Meta ad campaigns.
• Develop account strategy based on performance data and client goals.
• Create and maintain clear Looker Studio reporting for clients.
• Own day-to-day client communication across calls, Zoom, email, and text.
• Run productive client calls, communicate wins and risks early, and manage expectations.
• Handle challenging conversations directly and professionally—including when results or delivery are not on track.
• Keep campaigns, reporting, and client communication organized and moving forward.

• Hands-on Meta ads experience: you have personally built campaigns, developed strategy, and used data to make optimization decisions.
• Account management / CSM experience: you have owned client relationships and can lead calls—not just support them.
• Excellent English communication: clear, polished verbal and written English is non-negotiable.
• Emotional resilience: you can deliver bad news, work through tension, and stay solution-oriented without taking client feedback personally.
• Ownership mentality: you spot issues early, communicate them, and bring a proposed solution.

• Hands-on Google Ads experience.
• Experience using ClickUp or similar project-management tools.
