🛠️ Responsibilities

• Manage onboarding calls with new customers
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships
• Perform quality checks on our products
• Handle first-level support requests
• Carry out prospecting activities on existing customers
• Manage demo calls with existing customers
• Take on additional responsibilities based on your skills and interests

✅ Requirements

Key Requirements

• Professional proficiency in German
• Professional proficiency in Italian
• Professional proficiency in English
• Experience in customer success, sales experience is a plus
• Knowledge of and experience in the hospitality industry
• Interest in artificial intelligence and experience using it
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines
• Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
• Experience using CRM or customer management tools
