Customer Success - Remote | Will Train | Entry Level

There are no cold calling!

• Work with warm leads only — no cold calling
• Educate clients on life insurance and financial protection
• Help families choose the right coverage
• Build relationships through service and trust

Compensation & Perks:

• Average commission per sale: $600–$800 on a beginning contract
• Performance-based raises every 2–3 months
• No quotas or income caps
• Free carrier trips and travel incentives available

Compensation is 100% commission-based and varies by individual performance.
