Customer Success Representative (AI & Data) Location: Australia (Remote) Industry: B2B SaaS | Product Data | AI | Retail Technology About Trustana Trustana helps retailers, distributors, and brands manage and enrich product data so it can be used across e-commerce, marketplaces, and AI systems. Our platform helps customers clean, structure, and optimize large product catalogs so they can improve discovery, automation, and digital sales performance. The Role We’re looking for someone who enjoys working closely with customers and helping them get real value from their data. You’ll guide customers through onboarding, understand how they manage product data today, and help them improve workflows. You’ll also explore simple use cases assisting Sales, that show how better data can improve search, content, and automation.
