Your Everyday at Nexi As a Customer Success Sales Representative , you’ll join a collaborative and forward-thinking team based in Vallila, Helsinki . Together, we work on building strong relationships with merchant customers, driving customer retention, and helping businesses maximise the value of Nexi’s payment solutions. About Your Future Role In this position, you will: Connect with our existing customers through inbound and outbound calls. Retain merchant customers across various industries through upselling, cross-selling and contract re-negotiations. Identify customer needs and delivering solutions that improve customer satisfaction. Contribute to and exceeding personal and team KPIs. Collaborate with Merchant Services teams to continuously develop our business. Build long-term customer relationships through excellent communication and service. Contribute to a positive, open and success-driven team environment. What We Value in You We’re looking for someone eager to make a difference. Here’s what we value: Essential Qualifications: Proven track record of high performance in sales or customer retention. Experience within Telecom, Fintech, Insurance or another relevant industry. Fluent Finnish and business-level English language skills. Strong communication and problem-solving skills with a customer-first mindset. Ability to identify customer needs and create value-driven solutions. Bonus Skills: Swedish language skills. Experience working with sales, retention or customer service KPIs. Strong negotiation and influencing skills. A proactive and structured approach to work.
