What You'll Do Be a Customer Champion: Address customer issues quickly and effectively, offering tailored solutions within tight deadlines. Consistent follow-up is essential to ensure lasting resolutions. Problem-solve: Tackle customer challenges by working closely with the team, and proactively suggest product improvements to reduce operational workload. What You'll Do Fluency in English and Spanish verbal and written At least 2 years of experience in Customer Support Problem Solving skills, being capable of breaking down a problem into sub components to find the root cause and optimal solution Eager to work hard and go the extra mile to make our customers happy Empathy - being able to interpret user’s concerns and help them in getting the best experience possible Resourcefulness, with attention to detail and due diligence Ability to work well as part of a team, driven, relentless and a proven closer - you don’t take no for an answer
