We’re looking for a Customer Support Agent to be one of the main points of contact for our users. We’re looking for someone proactive, communicative, and empathetic who genuinely enjoys helping people and finding solutions.
What You’ll Do
Handle incoming B2B and B2C customer requests through HubSpot.
Help users navigate the product, find solutions, and explain things in a clear and simple way.
Work closely with other teams (Product, Development, etc.) to clarify information and resolve more complex cases.
Share user feedback and contribute to improving the overall product experience.
Maintain and improve our knowledge base.
What We’re Looking For
At least 1 year of experience in customer support.
Strong communication skills, with the ability to communicate clearly, respectfully, and with empathy.
Ability to connect with different users and explain complex topics in simple terms.
Ability to adapt your communication style and approach to different customers and their needs.
A proactive approach to problem-solving and the ability to find answers independently.
Genuine interest in the product and willingness to understand how it works in depth.
English at B2 level.
Fluency in Russian.
