Generate and review support documentation, FAQs, and best practices to ensure high-quality knowledge transfer. Provide detailed, scenario-based input to help inform and train AI systems in real-world customer support contexts. Preferred Qualifications Minimum of 3 years’ experience delivering customer support in a professional setting. Proven expertise in managing complex customer cases with empathy and a solution-driven approach. Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with attention to tone and clarity. Advanced proficiency in CRM software and digital support tools. Comprehensive understanding of product knowledge transfer and user education. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities in fast-paced environments. Experience working in remote or distributed project settings is a plus.
