Every day, you’ll help our B2B e-commerce customers navigate a variety of challenges, from software questions to shipping logistics and financial matters. Never a dull day! You’ll interact with customers across multiple channels; calls, chats, and tickets, and ensure every interaction is professional, helpful, and human.
