What You'll Do

• Respond to customer queries via chat, email, and phone in a timely and professional manner.
• Resolve customer issues by understanding their needs and providing effective solutions.
• Guide users through product features and help them get the most out of the platform.
• Escalate complex issues to the appropriate teams while ensuring timely follow-ups.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and resolutions.
• Work closely with Product, Engineering, and Operations teams to improve the customer experience.
• Identify recurring customer issues and share feedback to help improve the product.

Requirements

• 0–3 years of experience (freshers are welcome to apply).
• Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong problem-solving and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to stay calm and professional while handling customer concerns.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced startup environment.
• Basic computer proficiency and willingness to learn new tools.

Good to Have

• Internship or experience in customer support, customer success, or operations.
• Experience with CRM or customer support tools.
• Familiarity with chat, email, or ticketing platforms.
