💼 About the Role

We are looking for a Customer Support Executive who is passionate about customer experience and problem-solving. The role involves handling customer queries, resolving product-related concerns, supporting onboarding, and collaborating with internal teams to ensure timely resolution and high customer satisfaction.

🔑 Key Responsibilities

• Handle customer queries through email, chat, and phone

• Understand customer concerns and provide effective solutions

• Manage and prioritize customer tickets using Zendesk, Freshdesk, Jira, or ServiceNow

• Follow up on open issues and ensure timely resolution

• Escalate complex issues to relevant internal teams

• Assist customers with product setup, configuration, and onboarding

• Guide customers on product features and best practices

• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and resolutions

• Ensure SLA and response-time commitments are met

• Collaborate with Product, QA, and Technical teams

• Create and maintain FAQs, knowledge-base articles, and support documentation

• Deliver an excellent customer experience and build strong customer relationships

• Support international customers across different time zones

🎯 Requirements

• 2–4 years of experience in Customer Support / Customer Service

• Experience in a Software/SaaS environment

• Bachelor's degree in any relevant field

• Strong customer handling and problem-solving skills

• Experience with customer support/ticketing tools

• Excellent English communication skills

• Strong follow-up and documentation skills

• Ability to work independently in a remote environment

• Experience supporting international customers is an advantage

• Experience with cloud-based SaaS products

• Familiarity with Salesforce or HubSpot

• Basic understanding of software applications

• Experience working with customers across different time zones
