Customer Support & Order Management Specialist | Australian Fitness Industry (Remote) Work From Home | Full-Time | AU Hours | PH-Based About the Role We are seeking a proactive and customer-focused Customer Support & Order Management Specialist to support an Australian business in the fitness industry , managing product enquiries, order processing, and after-sales support. This role is ideal for someone with strong Australian customer support experience, excellent communication skills, and a genuine interest in weight training and gym equipment . You'll help deliver an exceptional customer experience while supporting smooth order fulfilment and delivery coordination. Key Responsibilities Customer Support Respond to product enquiries via phone, email, and online channels Support after-hours customer enquiries as needed Provide after-sales support and resolve customer concerns Assist customers with product questions and recommendations Order Management Process customer orders accurately and efficiently Manage order tracking and provide shipment updates Coordinate delivery scheduling and customer communication Support issue resolution relating to orders, returns, and fulfilment Customer Experience Support Ensure a seamless customer journey from enquiry through delivery Handle escalations professionally and maintain customer satisfaction Support continuous improvements in customer service processes Requirements 2–3 years supporting Australian customers Experience in customer support, order management, or e-commerce support Superior written and verbal English communication skills Strong attention to detail and customer-first mindset Ability to work independently in a remote environment Genuine interest in fitness / weight training / gym equipment (important) Must be able to demonstrate basic knowledge of gym equipment during interview Systems & Tools CRM / Customer Support Platforms Order Management Systems E-commerce Platforms (preferred) Microsoft Office / Google Workspace
