About the Opportunity:

The CUSTOMER SUPPORT REPRESENTATIVE (DIP) serves as the main contact for clients requiring technical support. This role is essential for delivering timely assistance, troubleshooting, and maintaining high customer satisfaction through clear and professional communication. The position plays a key role in ensuring efficient resolution of client issues and supports continuous improvement in service delivery.

Responsibilities:

• Provide timely, solution-oriented support to maintain customer satisfaction.
• Respond to inquiries via email, SMS, and phone, ensuring consistency across channels.
• Collaborate with the support team to resolve issues effectively.
• Use internal documentation and tools to troubleshoot technical problems.
• Escalate complex issues with appropriate context to internal teams.
• Document customer interactions and resolutions accurately in Salesforce.

Requirements:

• Experience with Salesforce or similar CRM systems.
• Knowledge of dealership operations and automotive industry tools.
• Strong communication skills.
• Ability to work remotely within Central or Eastern Time Zones with reliable internet and a distraction-free environment.

Pay Range and Compensation Package:

• Compensation ranges from US$21 to US$23 per hour.
