Customer Support Representative with Italian

• Recruitment Process: Easy online recruitment process (phone call and video interview)

About the project:

You will join a customer support team, helping Italian-speaking customers on behalf of a well-known international brand. Your role will include providing professional support via phone, email or chat, ensuring a smooth and positive customer experience.

Your Responsibilities:

• Provide friendly and efficient customer support in Italian
• Assist customers with questions about products, services, accounts or orders
• Enter all customer contacts into the system
• Manage requests via email and ticketing
• Escalate issues that require further investigation or are beyond your scope of responsibility

What you will need:

• Fluent level of Italian language (at least C1)
• Good level of English language (at least B2)
• Communication skills
• Enthusiasm and a desire to learn new things
• Eligibility to work in Greece (EU citizenship or full rights to work in Greece)
• You need to be in Greece or open for permanent relocation there - with our excellent relocation package!
