For their internal needs we are looking to welcome a skilled professional to join their team as a Customer Support Specialist . At this role you will resolve customer or business-related challenges and operate with a diligent degree of knowledge handling customers, products, manufacturing, and transportation procedures. Primary Responsibilities of the Role: Deliver high-quality and timely service to your assigned customer portfolio to maximize client satisfaction and long-term retention. Maintain a deep understanding of standard operating procedures, quality documentation, and governance. Actively identify and resolve operational knowledge gaps. Serve as the primary liaison between Planning, Sales, Finance, and Supply Chain. Develop and maintain strong working relationships with key internal and external stakeholders to ensure business targets are met effectively. Ensure strict adherence to company ethics, compliance policies, and formal governance standards in all daily operations. Collaborate with the Master Data team to audit and maintain accurate Customer Master Data in SAP, ensuring error-free deliveries, invoicing, and communications. Experience with Customer Express (or similar customer management platforms) is a strong plus. 1 to 2 years of proven experience in Customer Service.
