Customer Support Specialist

Every order tells a story—and you're the one who makes sure it ends well. As a Customer Support Specialist, you're the direct line between our customers and the clean water solutions that keep their operations running. You'll solve problems before they become problems, keep orders moving, and turn everyday interactions into reasons customers stick with us. What You'll Do Own order management for your book of core accounts, from entry through on-time delivery Be the first call for order questions, issues, and everyday problem-solving Partner with our plants and logistics teams to keep shipments on schedule Jump in for teammates before they even have to ask Work remotely from anywhere in the U.S., with flexibility across time zones as needed What Makes You Successful Customer-first instincts — you know what people need before they finish asking A confident communicator who adapts to different styles and audiences A proactive problem-solver, comfortable with ambiguity and a fast pace A self-starter who thrives independently and pitches in as part of a team Sharp attention to detail and solid business acumen Comfortable multitasking with minimal oversight What You'll Bring 2+ years of experience in a manufacturing environment Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office College degree preferred, not required Nice to have: Exposure to Continuous Improvement practices (LEAN, 5S, Six Sigma) ERP experience (Ross, FRQ, or SAP) This is a primarily seated, desk-based role. Some flexibility in work hours may be required to support customers across U.S. time zones.
