If you enjoy solving problems, helping customers, and working in an international environment — this role is for you. What you will do • Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and portal — ensuring fast, accurate support • Provide regular updates and ensure a smooth customer experience from start to finish • Escalate technical issues to internal teams when needed • Follow up with customers and gather feedback to improve our services • Help maintain up-to-date information in our support systems • Contribute ideas to continuously improve processes, tools, and service quality You will join a diverse team of support specialists spread across France (Cergy 95) and Poland (Krakow), working collaboratively to support customers in one of the world’s fastest-growing industries. What you bring • Experience in customer support or customer-facing roles • Excellent communication skills in German, and french, (english proficiency for internal use) • Strong problem-solving abilities and a solution-oriented mindset • Ability to work in an international environment • Ability to take on duty calls. The on duty shifts are equally distributed across the team.
