Responsibilities
• Respond to customer questions through email, chat, and other support channels
• Troubleshoot common account and product issues using documented processes
• Maintain accurate ticket notes, customer records, and follow-up actions
• Escalate complex or urgent cases with clear supporting context
• Guide customers through product features and standard workflows
• Identify recurring questions and suggest improvements to help content
• Collaborate with product and operations teams to resolve customer issues

Qualification
Required
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English
• Empathy, patience, and a customer-focused mindset
• Clear problem-solving and attention to detail
• Comfort learning web-based tools and internal processes
• Ability to manage multiple requests and meet response expectations
• Reliable internet connection and a suitable remote work environment in the United Kingdom
Preferred
• Previous customer service, retail, hospitality, or support experience
• Familiarity with CRM or help desk tools such as Zendesk, Intercom, or Freshdesk
• Interest in technology products or software-as-a-service businesses
