Customer Support Specialist (German)

We’re Hiring: Customer Support Agent (1st Line) – German Speaker

Do you enjoy helping people, solving problems, and making technology feel a little less complicated?

We’re looking for a German-speaking Customer Support Agent to join our Customer Success team at Noovy — a hospitality technology company helping hotels work smarter every day.

📍 Location: Buenos Aires or anywhere — 100% Remote

🕐 Working hours: 16:00–00:00 CET

📅 Weekend support: Occasional

💼 Employment: Contractor agreement

What will you do?

You’ll be the first point of contact for our hotel customers, helping them navigate Noovy, answer everyday questions, and resolve common issues quickly and confidently.

Your day-to-day will include:

• Responding to customers via phone, WhatsApp, chat and email

• Helping customers with platform features, settings and standard workflows

• Resolving Tier 1, non-technical questions

• Escalating more complex issues to our Customer Success and Technical teams

• Keeping customer records accurate in HubSpot

• Learning from and contributing to our internal knowledge base

What we’re looking for:

• Native or fluent German speaker

• 0–1 years of experience in customer support or hospitality

• Experience in front desk, reservations, F&B or similar hospitality environments is welcome

• Strong written and verbal communication

• Comfortable learning new software and technology

• Patient, organised and genuinely enjoys helping people

• Familiarity with PMS, POS or channel management is a bonus — not a requirement
