As a Greek-speaking Customer Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service and support to our Greek-speaking customers. Responsibilities : Respond to customer inquiries and provide prompt and accurate assistance in Greek through chats & emails. Handle customer complaints and resolve issues effectively. Ensure customer satisfaction through professional and courteous communication. Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer interactions and transactions. Identify opportunities for process improvements and provide feedback to management. Fluent in both Greek and English. Previous experience in customer support or a similar role. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. Patient, empathetic, and customer-focused mindset. Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills.
