About Eolas
Eolas is a unified risk management platform built for the real estate industry. We bring together real-time risk data, on-site workflows, and security monitoring so property operators can move from reactive to resilient.
Our platform includes Assess (risk and incident management) and Protect (intelligent monitoring and oversight). We're a lean, experienced team, headquartered in Orlando with US hiring focused in Florida and Georgia.
About the Role
We're looking for a Customer Training Manager to own and scale customer education at Eolas!
As our customer base grows, training plays a critical role in helping new properties get up and running quickly. You'll lead engaging, effective training across our Assess and Protect platforms while developing the tools and processes that allow us to support more customers without slowing down onboarding.
You'll report directly to our President and work closely with Customer Onboarding, Success, and Product to coordinate training, anticipate customer needs, and keep things moving. This is an individual contributor role where you'll have the autonomy to shape how training operates, the support of a collaborative team, and plenty of opportunity to make improvements along the way.
We're looking for someone who genuinely loves teaching, connects easily with people, and takes pride in following through. You can make complicated technology feel approachable, think on your feet when a customer needs help, and notice the little things that make an experience exceptional. You're equally comfortable leading a room full of customers and rolling up your sleeves to solve a problem with your teammates.
Professional fluency in English and Spanish is highly preferred, including the ability to deliver training and support customers in both languages.
Think you're a great fit, but don't speak Spanish? We'd still love to hear from you! While bilingual proficiency is a priority for us, we're equally interested in meeting exceptional trainers who bring the skills, personality, and ownership we're looking for.
Please include a link to your LinkedIn profile with your application. To ensure we can review candidates consistently, applications without a LinkedIn profile link will not be considered.
What You'll Do
- Deliver exceptional customer training
- Develop and deliver engaging 101 and 201 training programs for Assess and Protect, tailored to different customer roles, technical abilities, and levels of experience.
- Lead live virtual training, group workshops, and individualized instruction, helping customers confidently use the platform in their day-to-day work.
- Partner closely with Customer Onboarding to coordinate training with property launches, track customer readiness, and ensure training supports a smooth, timely implementation.
- Proactively manage training requests, schedules, customer questions, and outstanding follow-ups across multiple properties. Keep commitments moving, communicate early, and make sure nothing slips through the cracks.
- Build scalable learning experiences
- Design repeatable training processes that allow us to efficiently support a growing number of properties and users.
- Build and maintain help articles, product tours, in-app guidance, and customer surveys using Intercom.
- Develop instructional videos, presentations, and written resources using Vimeo, Keynote, SharePoint, and Confluence, keeping materials accurate, accessible, and easy to use.
- Leverage AI-powered tools to create, update, and personalize training content, including narrated tutorials, interactive resources, and customer-specific learning materials.
- Identify opportunities to automate repetitive training activities and expand self-service learning while preserving a personal, helpful experience for customers.
- Support customers and continuously improve
- Track training participation, completion, customer readiness, and feedback using Intercom, Excel, and available customer data.
- Identify recurring questions and knowledge gaps, using those insights to continuously improve training effectiveness and customer confidence.
- Partner with Customer Success and Product to incorporate customer feedback and new platform capabilities into training resources.
- Support customer inquiries and troubleshooting when training demand allows, and proactively gather feedback through surveys, outreach, and individual conversations.
- Keep internal teams informed and equipped to confidently demonstrate the platform as it evolves.
- Represent Eolas at industry conferences and events (NAA/NMHC), connecting with customers, supporting product demonstrations, and engaging with prospective clients.
What We're Looking For
-
5+ years of relevant experience in customer training, education, customer success, or a related customer-facing role, with demonstrated experience delivering effective training.
-
An exceptional trainer and communicator. You enjoy teaching, know how to engage a room, and can make technical concepts accessible to audiences with different roles and levels of experience.
-
An instinct for customer relationships. You're personable, approachable, and genuinely enjoy helping people. You build trust quickly and make customers feel comfortable asking questions.
-
Outstanding organization and follow-through. You can juggle multiple customers, competing priorities, and changing schedules without losing track of the details. You communicate proactively, anticipate problems, and see things through to completion.
-
Experience creating learning resources. You've developed training materials, presentations, videos, or self-service resources and understand how to make education clear, practical, and repeatable.
-
Technical curiosity and adaptability. You learn new software quickly, enjoy experimenting with technology, and are comfortable using AI and digital tools to work more efficiently. Familiarity with Intercom, especially help articles, product tours, and surveys, is a strong plus.
-
A proactive, solutions-oriented mindset. You notice gaps, bring forward practical ideas, and take initiative to improve the way things work.
-
A collaborative, self-directed working style. You take ownership of your responsibilities, communicate openly, welcome feedback, and jump in to help the team move forward when needed.
-
Professional fluency in English and Spanish, including the ability to deliver training and support customers in both languages.
-
Willingness to travel occasionally for team gatherings and industry events.
Bonus points: Experience in multifamily property management, particularly in onsite operations, customer training, or property technology.
Why Eolas?

-
A product with real stakes. Our tools help operators protect residents and assets.
-
A market with momentum. We're purpose-built for multifamily owners and operators.
-
A small team where your impact is visible and your voice carries weight.
