Are you an experienced Cutover Manager or Project Manager who thrives on leading complex technology transformations from planning through to successful go-live? If you enjoy working closely with clients, senior stakeholders and technical teams while bringing structure to high-profile programmes, this could be the perfect opportunity for you. As Cutover Manager, you'll take ownership of the end-to-end planning, coordination and execution of a major technology transformation and go-live programme. You'll act as the key link between the client, technical delivery teams, suppliers and business stakeholders, ensuring every aspect of the cutover is carefully planned, communicated and delivered. This is a highly visible, client-facing role where your ability to manage complexity, maintain business continuity and provide confidence to senior leaders will be critical to success. You'll be based near our Leeds office and will attend site on an ad hoc basis. However, depending on project requirements and key delivery milestones, you will be expected to spend more time onsite to support successful programme delivery. We can offer excellent career development opportunities, a collaborative environment and the chance to make a real impact on a major transformation programme What you'll be doing: Taking end-to-end accountability for the planning and execution of complex technology cutovers and go-lives. Developing and owning the cutover strategy, detailed plans, runbooks, readiness reviews, rehearsals and go-live activities. Coordinating technical teams, business stakeholders, suppliers and third parties, ensuring dependencies, milestones, risks and actions are effectively managed. Leading deployment simulations, dress rehearsals and contingency planning to minimise disruption and support business continuity. Producing and presenting senior stakeholder and board-level reporting, providing clear visibility of progress, risks and readiness. Supporting data migration, operational readiness and transition into live service following successful deployment. What you'll bring: Proven experience leading end-to-end cutovers and go-lives for complex technology transformation programmes. Strong experience developing and managing cutover strategies, deployment plans and detailed runbooks. Experience coordinating multiple technical and business workstreams while managing dependencies and critical activities. Experience managing risks, issues, contingency plans and business continuity requirements in complex delivery environments. Experience leading go-live activities, deployment simulations and dress rehearsals. Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to confidently present complex information to senior leaders and boards. It would be great if you had: Experience coordinating activities across Oracle Fusion and Salesforce platforms. Knowledge of finance systems and processes, including purchase orders, receipts, supplier management and Enterprise Resource Planning implementations. Experience supporting financial data migration programmes. Experience managing third-party suppliers and external delivery partners. Experience delivering technology transformation programmes where minimal or no downtime was critical. Experience working within NHS environments. If you're interested in this role but not sure if your skills and experience are exactly what we're looking for, please do apply, we'd love to hear from you Employment Type: Full-time, Permanent. Location: Leeds area with hybrid working and ad hoc onsite attendance, increasing as required by project delivery timelines. Security Clearance Level: BPSS. Internal Recruiter: Soraya. Salary: £50,000 - £65,000. Benefits: £5,400 car allowance, 25 days annual leave with the option to buy additional days, private medical, life assurance, pension, and generous flexible benefits fund. Although this role is advertised as full-time, we believe that flexibility at work can promote work/life balance, increase your motivation, reduce stress and improves performance and productivity. We support different ways of working and can offer a range of flexible working arrangements. So, if you're interested and need to work flexibly, we encourage you to apply and talk to us about what might be possible Loved reading about this job and want to know more about us?
