Job Role: Cyara Developer / Senior Tester (Cyara Automation)
Location : Downtown, ON /Hybrid
Position Type : Contract Role
Contract Duration: 12 months
3 days Onsite in a week
Ideal Candidate Rate: CAD 65-70/Hr (Depending on the experience)
Candidate should be responsible for designing and building Cyara automation for IVR and contact flow validation, executing functional and regression testing, and supporting defect triage throughout the testing lifecycle.

Must Have:
- Strong hands-on experience with Cyara.
- Design and build automated test scenarios using Cyara.
- Experience designing and building Cyara automation, rather than only executing existing automated tests.
- Experience testing IVR and Contact Centre flows.
- Strong experience with functional and regression testing.
- Validate IVR and contact flow behaviour against defined requirements and expected outcomes.
- Experience with defect identification, tracking, and triage.
- Participate in defect triage and work with relevant teams to support issue resolution.
- Ability to analyze testing results and troubleshoot failed test scenarios.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills within technical delivery teams.
