- Assessing third-party and supplier security risks and supporting remediation planning.
- Working closely with technology, security and risk teams to identify, assess and manage cybersecurity risks.
- Producing risk assessments, security reports, remediation plans and recommendations for technical and business stakeholders.
- Supporting cybersecurity transformation projects and ongoing security improvement programmes.
Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience in Cyber Security Consulting, Information Security, IT Risk or Cybersecurity Governance.
- Strong knowledge of cybersecurity risk management, security governance and regulatory compliance.
- Experience working with security frameworks including ISO 27001, NIST CSF and CIS Controls.
- Good understanding of enterprise IT infrastructure, cloud security and cybersecurity controls.
- Experience conducting security assessments, risk reviews and compliance gap analyses.
- Knowledge of DORA, NIS2 or financial services regulatory requirements would be advantageous.
- Strong communication, stakeholder management and report-writing skills.
- Ability to work independently and deliver effectively within a remote, project-focused contract environment.
- Relevant certifications such as CISSP, CISM, CRISC or ISO 27001 Lead Auditor/Implementer would be highly desirable.
