Cyber Security Program Analyst This is your mission Within the Group Cybersecurity & Digital Fraud Department, you will contribute to the Group Cyber Security Program, supporting the deployment and evaluation of the Cyber Security and IT Risk framework across the Group's entities. You will be part of the Group Cyber Program team and will help ensure that entities comply with Group cybersecurity requirements, address cyber risks and strengthen their security posture. You will deploy maturity assessments, review evidence provided by entities, document assessment results and contribute to the continuous improvement of the Cyber Program evaluation process. Build side • Develop and improve internal projects supporting the Cyber Program evaluation process • Contribute to the evolution of the maturity evaluation process • Help entities understand cybersecurity and IT Risk requirements • Support the implementation of consistent assessment practices across Group entities • Contribute to projects aimed at enhancing the Cyber Program evaluation process Run side • Deploy the maturity evaluation process across entities within your perimeter • Review and evaluate evidence submitted by entities against Group requirements • Ensure consistency of assessments with those performed for other Group entities • Communicate changes impacting the entities within the Cyber Program • Facilitate relationships between Group IT providers and entities • Document assessment results and prepare reporting requested by Program Governance • Support the monitoring of compliance with the Group Cyber Security and IT Risk framework This is your background • Experience in IT and/or IT Security environments • Knowledge of IT Risk and cybersecurity principles • Knowledge and awareness of risk management • General understanding of key IT and IT security processes • Understanding of regulatory frameworks • Knowledge of a standard cybersecurity framework such as NIST or equivalent This is your expertise • IT Continuity and Backup Management, including DORA requirements – desirable • Cryptography, including key management, certificate management and CKMS – desirable • Network Security, including micro-segmentation and network architecture hardening – desirable • NIST or equivalent cybersecurity framework • IT Risk Management • Cybersecurity • IT Continuity and Resilience • Cybersecurity maturity assessment and compliance evaluation • Regulatory requirements and compliance Your language skills • English – Mastery, mandatory • French – Notions, nice to have This is your way of working • Strong analytical and assessment mindset • Clear and objective communication • Ability to work transversally with multiple entities and stakeholders • Collaborative mindset and knowledge sharing • Ability to work in an international and multicultural environment • Autonomy and ability to manage activities across a defined perimeter This is our commitment At Consort Group, you are an expert we support so that every mission becomes a meaningful step in your career. • Attentive and human onboarding • Close management support • Continuous access to training • Concrete commitments to inclusion, equality and solidarity • A comprehensive HR package • A culture of feedback and meaningful projects This is clear The recruitment process: • A first telephone exchange with our recruitment team • An HR interview and a professional discussion with a business manager • A technical test or exchange with one of our experts • A final discussion with your future manager or mission manager • And if we recognise ourselves in each other: we start together Good to know Location: Porto Contract: Permanent / B2B Remote work: 50% remote / week Job category: Cybersecurity / IT Risk / Cyber Program What you will do here, you won't do anywhere else.
