🔐 Key Responsibilities
• Develop and maintain detection use cases, rules, and playbooks across SIEM, SOAR, and EDR platforms
• Conduct threat modelling using frameworks such as MITRE ATT&CK and STRIDE
• Enhance threat detection capabilities and threat intelligence integrations
• Assess and develop monitoring controls for AI-related security threats
• Collaborate with SOC, architecture, and engineering teams to strengthen cyber defence capabilities
✅ Key Requirements
• 5+ years' experience in Cyber Security Operations
• Hands-on detection engineering experience across at least two SIEM platforms (Splunk, Sentinel, QRadar, Elastic, etc.)
• Experience with SIEM, SOAR, and EDR technologies
• Strong threat modelling and threat intelligence experience
• Exposure to AI security monitoring (Microsoft Copilot, Azure AI, or similar)
⭐ Desirable
• Sigma rule development
• CrowdStrike, Microsoft Defender for Endpoint, or Carbon Black experience
• Python and/or Bash scripting
• CISSP, GCIA, GCIH, GIAC, SANS, or similar certifications
