Cybersecurity Analyst

Cybersecurity Analyst An emerging B2B SaaS platform serving enterprise customers is prioritizing security as a core differentiator. They're building their security program from the ground up and looking for an analyst to implement controls, establish best practices, and ensure compliance as they scale. You will: Implement and maintain security controls and compliance frameworks (SOC 2, ISO 27001, etc.) Conduct security assessments and vulnerability management across infrastructure and applications Build security awareness and incident response processes Partner with engineering and product to integrate security into the development lifecycle We're looking for individuals with: Strong experience with cybersecurity or information security experience Hands-on experience with security tools, vulnerability assessment, and penetration testing Pasiionate about cloud security, network security, and application security Strong understanding of compliance frameworks and audit processes Compensation: Up to NPR 70k Location: Kathmandu - Hybrid Department Software Engineering Locations Kathmandu Remote status Hybrid About Talent Sherpa Talent Sherpa partners with startups and scaleups in the Middle East, US and APAC.
