Cybersecurity Compliance Lead (f/m/d)

Help us stay ahead of evolving cybersecurity regulations. As our Cybersecurity Compliance Lead, you'll drive audit readiness and regulatory compliance for Axpo Trading & Sales across multiple countries, with NIS2 at the core of your focus.

What you will do:

• Lead the planning and execution of cybersecurity compliance and audit activities, with a primary focus on NIS2 and related frameworks

• Manage end-to-end audit processes, including self-assessments, evidence collection, auditor interactions, and remediation tracking

• Coordinate compliance activities across multiple countries, maintaining a consolidated view of status, gaps, and improvement areas

• Build and maintain a centralized, audit-ready evidence repository together with local teams, Group IT, and external providers

• Track compliance metrics and KPIs to give stakeholders visibility on readiness, maturity, and remediation progress

• Act as the main point of contact for internal and external auditors, and collaborate closely with Audit, Legal, Risk, and business teams

What you bring & who you are:

• Experience in cybersecurity compliance, audit, or risk management, ideally in a regulated environment

• Experience managing external audits and regulatory assessments (e.g. NIS2, ISO 27001, NIST, REMIT)

• A structured, analytical mindset with a strong focus on execution and delivery

• Strong communicator who's comfortable working with technical and business teams across countries

• Ideally, a degree in Cybersecurity, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field

• Even if you don't meet all the requirements, we look forward to your application – certifications such as ISO 27001, CISA, CISM, or CISSP are a plus, not a must

About the team: You'll work closely with Group IT, Group CISO, Internal Audit, Legal, Risk, and local country representatives across Trading & Sales.
