In this role, you will manage cybersecurity-related projects end-to-end, ensuring effective planning, execution, quality control, and stakeholder communication, working on-site under a Framework Contract-based Specific Contract. 🛠️ Key Responsibilities Manage effectively and efficiently the project within its complete lifecycle and scope. Establish and manage project controls to ensure milestones are met and project products delivered on time, within scope, enabling business goals. Assure and control quality of project deliverables. Identify, track, monitor and communicate project-related issues, scope changes, variances and contingencies. Liaise with the Project Board and other key stakeholders. Assign and control tasks, authorize work packages, balance priorities and workload, motivate project team members. Plan and control project products delivery processes. Manage effective communication within the project and with its external environment. Produce project management products (plans, logs, schedules); define responsibilities of involved parties. Prepare and present oral and written technical reports and project presentations. Organize and conduct project meetings. ✅ Mandatory Qualifications Minimum education level: Master's degree or equivalent. ✅ Mandatory Certifications At least FOUR (4) certifications are required, as follows: At least 2 certifications in the Cybersecurity domain: CISSP – Certified Information Systems Security Professional (or equivalent) CISA – Certified Information Systems Auditor (or equivalent) CISM – Certified Information Security Manager (or equivalent) ISO/IEC 27001 Information Security Associate (or equivalent) AND at least 2 certifications in the Project & IT Service Management domain: PM2 Advanced (or equivalent) PRINCE2 Practitioner (or equivalent) PMP – Project Management Professional (or equivalent) ITIL Foundation (or equivalent) Each equivalent certification must be internationally recognised and subject to acceptance by the Contracting Authority. ✅ Mandatory Experience At least 10 years of non-overlapping IT-relevant professional experience. At least 8 years of non-overlapping experience in a similar position (Cybersecurity Project Manager or equivalent). Comprehensive knowledge of cybersecurity technologies and controls, and risk management expertise (Defence-in-Depth, Zero-Trust Architecture, cyber-attacks/threat vectors, incident management). Thorough understanding of IT and its application to business needs. In-depth understanding of legal and ethical aspects of cybersecurity. Proficiency in cybersecurity frameworks, regulations, and compliance (ISO 27001, NIST). Advanced project management skills, including risk and quality management. Strong leadership and team management capabilities. Outstanding communication, presentation, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills. Vendor and procurement management skills. 🎯 Specific Requirements In-depth familiarity with security policies based on industry standards and best practices. Broad architectural background with full-lifecycle experience delivering IT Security solutions. Hands-on experience with project methodologies/tools: PM2, PMP, PRINCE2, ServiceNow. Experience managing cybersecurity projects in EU classified environments.
