💼 Permanent (FTE) or 12-month Freelance Contract

Are you an experienced Service Delivery Manager with a strong background in Cybersecurity?

We're supporting an established technology organisation seeking a Cybersecurity Service Delivery Manager to oversee security services for enterprise clients across the Netherlands.

🔹 Key Responsibilities:

• Manage cybersecurity service delivery, SLAs and contractual commitments
• Act as the primary client contact and manage operational escalations
• Lead service reviews, performance reporting and continuous improvement
• Work closely with technical security teams to maintain service quality
• Coordinate smaller projects, service changes and delivery improvements

🔹 Requirements:

• 5+ years' experience in IT Service Delivery, ideally within Cybersecurity or Managed Security Services
• Strong understanding of cybersecurity operations and technologies
• Experience managing SLAs, customer relationships and service performance
• ITIL v4 Foundation or equivalent
• CISSP or CISM advantageous
• Fluent Dutch and good English communication skills
