我们正在寻找资深C++服务端开发工程师加入我们的Zoom Contact Center团队。该团队以云电话能力为基础，为基于AI的全渠道联络中心客户服务系统提供高并发、高可靠的电话接入和丰富的语音增值服务。我们团队开放包容，技术氛围浓厚，鼓励创新。在这里，你能深入参与一流的实时语音通信系统和客户服务系统的设计开发，与不同文化背景的优秀同事合作，相互学习，共同成长。我们期待您的加入！ 岗位职责： 1.承担 Zoom Contact Center 服务端分布式集群的设计、开发和优化工作, 确保系统的高性能、高可靠性和高可扩展性; 2.解决开发过程中的技术问题，支持、协助处理客户的问题; 3.负责系统性能优化、故障排查和问题解决，确保系统稳定运行，并持续改进系统的性能和稳定性; 4.与跨职能团队合作，包括产品、运维、测试等，快速响应需求变化，共同推动项目的进展和交付。 任职要求： 1. 本科及以上学历，计算机、数学、通信相关专业，5年以上C++开发经验； 2. 精通C++语言，深入理解内存管理、多线程编程，熟练使用STL，熟悉常见设计模式，具备高性能编码能力； 3. 精通Linux系统和网络编程，熟练掌握进程管理、进程间通信，熟悉网络协议，理解多路复用和异步I/O，具备高并发设计能力； 4. 深度参与过高并发、高可用的实时通信系统（如VoIP、电话会议、呼叫中心）优先； 5. 有SIP/RTP、语音编解码、抗网络抖动技术、WebRTC架构经验者优先； 6.有开源电话服务器二次开发经验者优先； 7. 学习能力强，热衷技术，喜欢钻研，有GitHub相关贡献或个人技术博客者优先； 8. 较好的英语基础， 能独立阅读和撰写英文文档； 9. 比较好的产品意识，注重用户体验，对产品服务精益求精； 10. 具备良好的沟通能力、执行力以及团队协作能力，工作积极主动，思路清晰，责任心强，有自驱力。 Ways of Working Our structured hybrid approach is centered around our offices and remote work environments.
