Czech Speaking Booking Agent (Remote in Greece)

Location: 100% Remote (Must currently reside in or be prepared to relocate to Greece) Employment Type: Full-Time (40 hours per week) Schedule: Rotational 8-hour shifts, 5 days per week (Monday–Sunday, between 08:00 and 24:00) Languages Required: Fluent Czech & English (Intermediate/B2) About the Role Are you a fluent Czech speaker passionate about customer service and the travel industry? We are seeking client-oriented team members to represent a world-leading online travel platform. Working remotely from any location in Greece, you will serve as the primary contact for Czech-speaking travelers and property partners globally—assisting with inquiries, modifying bookings, and ensuring a seamless travel experience. Previous travel sector experience is not mandatory, as we provide complete paid training from day one. Key Responsibilities Customer Care: Provide empathetic, fast assistance to Czech-speaking users via inbound calls, emails, and live chat messages. Reservation Handling: Assist customers with itinerary changes, cancellations, and confirmation requests for hotels, rentals, and resorts. Partner Relations: Coordinate with accommodation managers to resolve rate variances, special requests, and listing details. Issue Resolution: Address customer feedback thoughtfully and route complex financial or technical matters to specialized internal teams. System Records: Log comprehensive notes and status updates for all client interactions into our system database. Candidate Profile Language Proficiency: C1/C2 fluency in Czech alongside solid B2 English skills for internal communication and systems. Remote Setup: A quiet home workstation in Greece combined with high-speed internet. Legal Status: EU citizenship or valid legal authorization to work in Greece. Mindset & Soft Skills: Service-driven attitude with high adaptability; customer service or hospitality experience is a plus, but optional. Availability: Readiness to work flexible shifts (5 workdays, 2 days off) scheduled between 08:00 AM and Midnight. Compensation & Perks Salary Structure: €1,200 gross monthly base salary, distributed across 14 payments annually (€16,800 total gross per year).
