As a Content Moderator, you will be responsible for reviewing user-generated content to ensure compliance with community standards, helping to maintain a safe and positive online experience for Czech-speaking users. Key Responsibilities Monitor and moderate user-generated content to ensure adherence to community guidelines and policies. Interact with users by addressing content-related queries and providing support. Identify, flag, and escalate inappropriate or harmful content as necessary. Analyze trends and help develop strategies to improve content moderation and community engagement. Maintain accurate documentation of moderation actions for reporting and auditing purposes. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to update and refine moderation policies. Participate in ongoing training sessions to stay current with best practices and moderation tools. Fluency in Czech and English, with excellent communication skills in both languages. Previous experience in content moderation, community management, or related fields is strongly preferred. Good understanding of online community standards and user behavior. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Ability to handle sensitive issues with professionalism and empathy. Willingness to relocate to Sofia with relocation expenses fully covered. Familiarity with moderation tools and social media platforms is a plus. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities to tackle content challenges effectively.
