D2C Growth Marketer (Partner Track)

REVO is a fast-growing, multi-8-figure health tech brand (revomadic.com). With over a million customers, we are the premier intersection between health, beauty, and wellness boosting devices and cosmetic enhancing tools/consumables.

We're hiring a Growth Marketer to own the engine: the creative that stops the scroll, and the funnel that turns that attention into customers. You'll work closely with the founder to take the most important department to the next level.

• Performance creative. Concept, brief, and iterate on ad creative across Meta, TikTok, and beyond. You'll work with our creative strategists, CRO strategists, web devs, editors, and designers mining customer voice data and testing angles until winners emerge - then scaling them hard.
• The full customer journey. Ad → landing page → offer → checkout → post-purchase → repeat. You close the loop between every step, find the leaks, and fix them.
• The feedback loop. Creative performance informs funnel changes; funnel data informs creative. You'll be the person connecting those dots daily while also stepping in to assist creatively.
• Growth experiments. New angles, new offers, new channels. You bring ideas, run them fast, and kill or scale based on data.

• 3+ years in DTC growth or performance marketing with results you can point to (winning ads, funnel lifts, revenue you moved)
• Fluent in both sides of the job: creative instinct and spreadsheet discipline (ROAS, CAC, LTV, AOV are second nature)
• Hands-on with Meta Ads at minimum; TikTok, landing page CRO, and email/retention experience are strong pluses
• An operator's mentality - you ship fast, own outcomes, and don't wait to be told what to do
