D365 CE & Power Platform Solution Architect (Remote within Poland)

We are looking for an experienced Solution Architect to shape enterprise CRM solutions using Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE, Power Platform and Azure. This is an opportunity to lead architecture decisions, advise on digital transformation and contribute to complex, international implementations.

What you’ll bring:

• 6+ years of CRM experience, ideally with Dynamics 365 CE or earlier Dynamics CRM versions.
• Architecture experience across at least 4 end-to-end CRM implementations, preferably international rollouts.
• Strong expertise in solution architecture, business requirements analysis and process design.
• Broad knowledge of the Microsoft technology ecosystem and integration patterns.
• Excellent stakeholder communication, presentation and workshop facilitation skills.
• Experience in pre-sales, technical demonstrations, coaching or mentoring would be advantageous.
• Fluent English; additional European languages are a plus.
