Role Description The D365 Solution Architect is a full-time role responsible for designing, implementing, and optimizing Microsoft Dynamics 365 solutions that align with client business processes and goals. Based in Kolding in a hybrid setup, the role combines on-site collaboration with clients and teams with the flexibility to work from home for part of the week. Day-to-day responsibilities include leading solution architecture design sessions, translating business requirements into scalable D365 configurations, overseeing integrations with other systems, and guiding development teams on technical implementation. The role involves consulting with stakeholders to understand process flows, recommending improvements, and ensuring solutions follow best practices for security, performance, and maintainability. The D365 Solution Architect will also provide technical leadership, participate in project planning, support testing and deployment activities, and contribute to ongoing optimization and support.
Qualifications
- Strong Solution Architecture skills with experience designing end-to-end D365 or similar ERP/CRM solutions.
- Consulting skills with the ability to gather requirements, facilitate workshops, and communicate clearly with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Hands-on Software Development experience in relevant Microsoft technologies (e.g., D365, Power Platform, Azure) to guide and review implementation.
- Integration expertise, including designing and overseeing integrations between D365 and external applications, APIs, and data platforms.
- Business Process analysis skills to map, optimize, and align client processes with D365 capabilities.
- Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365, Power Apps, Power Automate, and related Azure services is highly beneficial.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Proven ability to work in hybrid environments, collaborate across global teams, and manage multiple priorities in a consulting or project-based setting.
- Relevant certifications (e.g., Microsoft Certified: Dynamics 365 Solution Architect Expert) are a plus.
