D365 F&O Change Manager & Training Manager – Freelance Opportunities

TROVA SOLUTIONS is recruiting for two separate freelance positions supporting an international end customer’s D365 F&O transformation.

The programme is currently rolling out across Europe, with a wider global rollout to follow. A strong delivery team is already in place, and we’re looking for experienced professionals to help the business prepare for change and confidently adopt the new system.

Change Manager

You will shape and deliver the change approach, working closely with business leaders and project teams to:

• Identify adoption barriers and constructively challenge existing ways of working.
• Lead stakeholder engagement, communications and business-readiness activities.
• Build a network of change champions across the business.
• Track adoption and support teams through go-live and beyond.
• Develop a repeatable approach for future global rollouts.

We’re looking for someone with proven change management experience on ERP programmes, strong stakeholder skills and a practical approach to managing resistance. D365 F&O experience is highly desirable.

Training Manager

You will take a hands-on role in preparing users for D365 F&O, including:

• Identifying training needs across business functions.
• Creating training materials, user guides and practical exercises.
• Running workshops and onsite or remote training sessions.
• Working with functional specialists to ensure content reflects business processes.
• Supporting key users through train the trainer sessions and go-live support.

We’re looking for someone with D365 F&O training experience who can translate complex processes into clear, engaging learning materials and confidently deliver sessions to different audiences.
