DACH Social Media Specialist (Prague location)

Social Media & Content Specialist – DACH 🇩🇪🇦🇹🇨🇭 Location: Prague Type: Full-time, HPP About Vilgain 🌱 We are Vilgain — a fast-growing food and lifestyle company on a mission to change the way people think about food. We make high-quality products with clean, functional ingredients and without unnecessary additives. Today, we have 600+ people across Prague, Brno and London and sell our products in 12+ markets across Europe and beyond . We’re growing quickly and building our presence across international markets. Now, we’re looking for someone to take ownership of our social media and content growth in DACH. About the team You’ll join the Marketing team and work closely with our DACH, Influencer and Creative teams. You’ll be responsible for building Vilgain’s organic social presence across Germany, Austria and Switzerland , with each market requiring its own approach to creators, competitors, content and language. Your mission 🎯 Your mission is to build Vilgain’s organic social presence in DACH from the ground up and turn it into a meaningful growth channel . You’ll own our German Instagram channel, launch dedicated Austrian and Swiss channels, and build our presence on TikTok and YouTube — platforms where Vilgain is currently not active in DACH. What will you do? Own the organic social strategy for Germany, Austria and Switzerland Grow the German Instagram channel to 50,000 followers by the end of the year Launch and grow dedicated Instagram channels for Austria and Switzerland Launch Vilgain on TikTok and YouTube across DACH Develop market-specific content based on local trends, competitors, creators and language Turn existing influencer content and assets into reusable content for our owned channels Work closely with influencers and the creative team to identify content with strong organic potential Plan, create and publish content across relevant platforms Track performance and continuously improve content based on data Build organic social into a scalable acquisition and brand-building channel for DACH What do we expect from you? Experience in social media and content creation, ideally with a strong focus on Instagram, TikTok and/or YouTube Native-level German and a strong understanding of German-speaking audiences A good eye for what makes content engaging and shareable Strong understanding of the DACH creator and social media landscape Ability to combine creativity with data and performance thinking Hands-on mindset — you’re comfortable coming up with an idea, creating it, publishing it and analysing the result Strong ownership and ability to work independently Interest in food, health, fitness or lifestyle is a plus How will we measure your success? 📊 German Instagram reaching 50,000 followers by year-end Austrian and Swiss Instagram channels successfully launched and growing TikTok and YouTube launched and generating consistent content and reach Organic social becoming a measurable revenue channel in DACH Your first 3 months By the end of your first three months, we expect you to understand the DACH social landscape, establish the content strategy, build a clear publishing system and have the first channels and formats up and running with measurable traction .
