What You’ll Do Support the day-to-day flow of mechanical and propulsion-related components within the Kinetics division, from reception goods to delivery at the point of use Assist with logistics and shipping activities for sensitive or high-value kinetic systems and subassemblies, following established procedures Maintain accurate inventory records in the ERP system, ensuring traceability and proper documentation of parts and materials Help production teams by preparing and delivering components, tools, and consumables on time and in good condition Collaborate closely with engineering and quality teams to ensure logistics activities align with technical needs and production plans Follow defined standards for storage, packaging, and handling of precision assemblies, including safety, cleanliness, and environmental requirements Participate in incoming inspections, check supplier documentation, and support coordination with procurement when discrepancies arise Contribute ideas and hands-on support to improve warehouse and logistics processes, making operations more efficient, lean, and reliable over time
