Consistently meet or exceed key performance indicators (KPIs) including customer satisfaction scores, response times, and resolution rates. Native or fluent Danish language skills (both spoken and written) are essential for this role — candidates must be able to communicate professionally and effectively in Danish at all times. Valid EU passport (mandatory requirement for this position). A genuine passion for fitness, wellness, wearable technology, or health-oriented consumer products is highly desirable.
