We are seeking a dedicated professional who is passionate about player safety and well-being in gaming. In this role, you will be critical in assessing player behaviors, implementing responsible gaming policies, and ensuring compliance with regulatory standards. Responsibilities Analyze player data to identify trends and potential issues related to responsible gaming. Develop, implement, and refine responsible gaming initiatives and educational materials. Engage with players to provide resources and support for responsible gaming practices. Work closely with internal teams to ensure responsible gaming policies are effectively communicated and adhered to. Create and present reports on player behavior and the effectiveness of responsible gaming strategies. Remain knowledgeable about industry trends, legislation, and best practices in responsible gaming. Conduct training sessions for staff regarding responsible gaming awareness and policies. A minimum of 1 year experience in a related role within the iGaming industry. Fluent in Danish and proficient in English; additional language skills are a bonus. Knowledge and understanding of responsible gaming practices and regulations. Strong analytical skills to assess data and derive actionable insights. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Detail-oriented with effective organizational abilities. A proactive team player with the ability to work independently. Willingness to relocate to Malta .
